1) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to place orders.
• You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• We may refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts for misuse, fraud, or policy violations.

2) Orders, Prices & Availability

• Submitting an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown (taxes & shipping terms included at checkout).
• Prices/promotions/availability may change; obvious errors (incl. typography/pricing) may be corrected.
• In rare stock or quality issues, we may cancel and refund or suggest alternatives.
• Discount codes aren’t transferable, have no cash value, and may carry additional terms.

3) Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically process in 1–3 business days; custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 business days. Transit times vary by destination and carrier. See our Shipping Policy and track orders on the Order Tracking page.

International shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities and paid by the recipient.

4) Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days in unused condition with original packaging. Personalized/final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for steps and exclusions.

5) Product Characteristics

Fiesta™ Home & Living pieces are crafted in small batches. Natural variations in color, grain, size, or finish are normal for handcrafted materials and not defects. Colors may appear differently across screens and lighting.

6) Intellectual Property

Site content (text, designs, photos, logos, product names, and software) is owned by Fiesta™ or its licensors and protected by law. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without prior written consent. If you believe your rights are infringed, visit Intellectual Property Claim or DMCA.

7) Reviews & User Content

• By submitting content, you grant Fiesta™ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it for website and marketing, as permitted by law.
• You confirm you have the rights to the content and that it’s accurate and lawful.
• We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, misleading, or off-topic.

8) Prohibited Use

• Illegal activities, counterfeit sales, harassment, or IP infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiesta™ from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or rights infringement.

12) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws where Fiesta™ operates. Where allowed, disputes will be resolved by competent courts in your jurisdiction or ours. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

13) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
