- Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
- Confirmation is sent at purchase; tracking is emailed when your parcel ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping is free on every order. However, international shipments may incur VAT, customs duties, or brokerage fees on arrival. These are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. You can also track on our Order Tracking page using your Order ID and billing email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is missing, check with neighbors/building management and contact the carrier.
- For damage or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
- Claims are subject to carrier investigation and Fiesta™ verification.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain oversized, restricted, or hazardous items may be ineligible for some destinations.
- We may cancel and refund orders to unsupported addresses/regions.
