At Fiesta™ (Home & Living), we understand plans can change. This page explains how to cancel or modify your order. For help, email [email protected].

Order Cancellation

  • Within 12 hours: Cancel for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After 12 hours: We’ll try our best, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed once processing begins.
  • After dispatch: Orders can’t be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

Order Modification

  • Address changes: Request within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Item/quantity changes: Possible only before processing starts; otherwise place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
  • Gift notes/wrapping: We can add these if your order has not yet been packed.
  • Personalized/made-to-order: May be non-modifiable once production begins.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Bank/card timelines vary, typically 3–10 business days after we issue the refund.

Tip: For fastest support, include your Order ID and the billing email used at checkout.
