Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. How to Request a Return

Please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

4. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you regarding refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is incorrect or defective. Please use a trackable service. OwlFiesta is not liable for returns lost in transit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, notify us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos and order details in your email. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
